  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on the destination)

  • Free shipping is available for orders over a certain amount (e.g., $75).

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations.
  • Coffee and merchandise cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@blackstonecoffee.co within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may replace items when necessary.
